The SPA at Golfo dei Poeti Relais is the perfect combination of the indoor wet path and the outdoor path in the Ligurian terraced garden, accessible daily from 10 am to 8 pm.
The indoor SPA consists of Bio sauna, Turkish bath, two emotional showers, aromarium, Kneipp path and relaxation area with herbal tea and small pastries, creating an ideal microclimate inside to warm the body slowly and thus promote healthy cardiovascular activity and purification of the respiratory system, skin and hair.
The outdoor SPA path consists of the two seasonal pools with panoramic views of the Gulf of Poets and the characteristic chaise lounges that give the sensation of floating in the sea.
It continues with the two heated Jacuzzis located on the plains of the Relais set up with umbrellas and loungers and the panoramic Finnish sauna that can be reserved exclusively to ensure the most intimate and exclusive use.
The panoramic outdoor gazebo is the ideal location for a Gulf view massage cheered by the sea breeze.

The care of body and soul at the Golfo dei Poeti Relais & SPA adds a sporting facet to the indoor and outdoor SPA pathway with the creation of the outdoor gym located in a flat area of our terraced garden, in an intimate zone that allows you to work out in comfort and privacy with your gaze fixed on the goal and the Golfo dei Poeti.
The new gym boasts state-of-the-art equipment for Skyfitness isotonic and cardiovascular activities. By framing a QR Code, one can receive a personalised workout card within the reach of a Smartphone.
