Participation in the event requires full payment in advance to confirm the reservation.
Payment can be made via Nexi Link or bank transfer.

The reservation may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the event start time. In this case, the amount already paid will be held as a credit and transferred to the newly agreed date, subject to the availability of the venue.

After payment has been made, any changes to the number of participants resulting in a reduction of the total reservation amount will not entitle the guest to a full or partial cash refund. The amount corresponding to the reduction will instead be issued as a voucher, valid for use during the current season, or as a credit to be used on-site at the Relais.

Any additional participants beyond the number stated in the original reservation will be subject to payment of the applicable additional amount, which must be paid prior to arrival via Nexi Link or bank transfer.

After the 24-hour deadline, the reservation will be considered non-cancellable, non-modifiable, and non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation by the Relais due to force majeure. In such circumstances, the Relais will contact the guests directly and propose an alternative date.
