As the sun sets over the Golfo dei Poeti, on the solarium next to the pools, enjoy a unique aperitif.

Enjoy the tasty welcome buffet with hot and cold dishes from the Chef with selection of first-course tastings included in the buffet and tasting portion of the main course cooked live by our Brigade surrounded by the breeze and the evocative colours of the sunset over Portovenere and Palmaria pampered by ‘fires’ located on the solarium.

Buffet and show cooking with wine and water included from 7.30 p.m. to 9.30 p.m., reservation required from Tuesday to Saturday. We suggest to arrive within 8.00 to enjoy the all experience.

Rate: €50 per person.

On Sundays, enjoy our Golden Hour – Grilled Edition, featuring a buffet of appetizers and sauces, a mixed grilled meat selection, dessert of the day, water, and house wine.

Rate: €70 per person.
