As the sun sets over the Golfo dei Poeti, on the solarium next to the pools, enjoy a unique aperitif.
Enjoy the tasty welcome buffet with hot and cold dishes from the Chef and savour dishes cooked live by our Brigade surrounded by the breeze and the evocative colours of the sunset over Portovenere and Palmaria.
Buffet and show cooking with wine and water included from 7.30 p.m. to 9.30 p.m., reservation required from Tuesday to Saturday (closed on Mondays).

A special Golden Hour, a Sunday ritual with a ‘grilled’ flavour.
At the panoramic solarium next to the swimming pools, every Sunday the ‘Grill’ version of the famous Golden Hour awaits you.
Same aperitif time, same sunset over the Golfo dei Poeti, with a completely new menu dedicated to a succulent and delicious evening: buffet of appetisers, mixed grill of meat, buffet of side dishes and sauces, dessert of the day.
