Light Lunch
Fresh, quality dishes for a light lunch to be enjoyed on the new panoramic veranda, by the pool or wherever you like. A varied menu of light dishes awaits you every day from 12.30 p.m. to 2.30 p.m. upon reservation.
Snack
A tasty menu will accompany you during the afternoon for a tasty snack or a regenerating break. Every day from 2.30 to 5.30 p.m.
Aperitivo
An appetising moment surrounded by the relaxing and enthralling spectacle of nature. Refined cocktails accompanied by the Executive Chef's selection of appetisers to spend quality time in an airy and evocative atmosphere with a panoramic view upon the Gulf of Poets.Every day by reservation from 12.00 p.m. to 7.30 p.m, poolside or at the “Welcome Corner” .
As the sun sets over the Golfo dei Poeti, on the solarium next to the pools, enjoy a unique aperitif. Enjoy the tasty welcome buffet and savour dishes cooked live surrounded by the breeze and the evocative colours of the sunset over Portovenere and Palmaria. Buffet and show cooking with water and wine included from 7.30 to 9.30 p.m.. €50.00 per person. Upon reservation.

Authenticity, territoriality and familiarity combine with aesthetic taste, modern reinterpretation and authenticity in our cuisine.
You will be able to see the chefs using our garden and transforming the always-fresh produce into delicacies inspired by our sea and tradition that taste like “simple specialities” choosing from different tasting menus created by the Executive Chef.

desiderio restaurant
AN IMMERSION IN THE TYPICAL FLAVOURS OF OUR TERRITORY
The desire has finally been granted.
The Desiderio Restaurant, created at the beginning of 2024, joins the solarium next to the swimming pools and the Incanto Restaurant, becoming the third location of the Relais to welcome Hotel and outside guests, delighting them with typical and tasty dishes that recall the tradition and territory between Liguria and Tuscany.
The Desiderio is located between the two swimming pools and the Ligurian dry-stone wall, on a wooden terrace overlooking the Gulf of Poets with a view of infinity and the vegetation of the Montemarcello Park.
The soul of the new outdoor location is cosy and convivial, perfect for enjoying the typical dishes created by the Executive Chef in the most evocative beauty, starting with the aperitif combined and served at the table.
