Participation in the event requires advance payment of the total amount to confirm the booking.
Payment can be made via Nexi Link or bank transfer.

It is possible to reschedule the booking up to 24 hours before the start time of the event: in this case, the amount paid will be frozen and postponed to the new agreed date, subject to availability of the facility.

After this deadline, the booking will be considered non-cancellable, non-changeable and non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation by the Relais due to force majeure. In this case, the Relais will contact guests and propose a new date.
