There is a new place of honour in Ristorante Incanto: the Chef’s Table. An intimate and exciting experience that combines a desire for exclusivity and privacy with a love and curiosity for the world of cooking. A front-row show for the chosen few.
The Incanto Restaurant extends into a panoramic glassed-in veranda that echoes the hues of the sea, creating an elegant and scenic setting with a priceless sea view in which to sample gourmet delicacies inspired by Ligurian tradition.
A tasty menu will accompany you during the afternoon for a tasty snack or a regenerating break. Every day from 2.00 to 5.30 p.m.
Every evening, both resident and non-resident guests are invited to embark on a culinary journey crafted by our Chef, selecting their favorite specialties from the à la carte menu, available from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Overlooking the Gulf of Poets and surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, Terrazza del Desiderio is a place suspended between sea and sky, designed for those who wish to enjoy the pleasure of an aperitif in one of the most enchanting settings on the Ligurian Riviera.
Every day, from 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM, the terrace welcomes guests to an experience dedicated to taste and conviviality, featuring signature cocktails, prestigious labels, and a carefully curated selection of wines. The offering revolves around an elegant Bar List and Wine List, showcasing both local treasures and outstanding Italian and international selections.
Complementing the beverages is a selection of appetizers created by our Executive Chef, thoughtfully designed to enhance the flavors and transform every aperitif into a memorable experience.
Amid the scents of the Mediterranean maquis of the Montemarcello promontory, the sunlight dancing on the sea, and panoramic views stretching across the entire Gulf of Poets, Terrazza del Desiderio invites guests to slow down and indulge in an authentic, elegant, and relaxing atmosphere.
After 7:30 PM, the terrace continues to welcome guests who wish to extend the pleasure of the evening while enjoying a cocktail, a glass of wine, or one of the selections from our beverage menu, without food service.
Open to both Relais guests and external visitors.
